FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS

Inception Development will conduct site visits and prepare memoranda discussing feasibility and potential for a given project location.

Recommend analysis per site, including:

-Multifamily
-Hospitality
-Retail
-Office
-or combination of the above (mixed use)


Evaluate and conduct diligence on counterparties.

Critically review Project documents and provide input.

Identify and evaluate potential management and operations partners, including negotiation of contracts.

Prepare financial feasibility documents related to the land acquisition, development and construction costs of senior housing projects, including the project cost breakdown – which will be used collectively by the Parties to determine feasibility.

Work directly with the chosen operator partner in preparing financial feasibility documents related to the operations of senior housing projects, including: operating pro formas, absorption forecasts, reviews of market studies, and similar – which will be used collectively by the Parties to determine feasibility.
